The staff anticipate the guest needs, also i want to highlight the host Ale, she make a friendly and happy environment and made easy to make friends with other travelers are take care to have a good experience for everyone. I was well recieved at the reception by Sofi, Zyan and Leslie and they always oriented me when i needed and are very kind and patient. I loved the way they cooked there, amazing kitchen and the service at the bar, really great drinks and prices, Adri and Juliana are always very gentle, kind and professional and are aware of anticipation of guests needs. Shout out to Goyo who keep the place and the surroundings very safe at late night.

As a traveler, I have to recognize that the experience I have been having at Viajero CDMX is one of the most enjoyable I have ever had. The stuff has been really professional and helpful. Special recognition to Alexander, Omar and Kari whose helpful advice was key on taking good choices while I have been enjoying this magic Mexico City travel time. Since the choices of common areas music, to the cleanness of dorms and bathrooms. I have to recognize that this place is the right choice.

I really appreciate Omar who provided me his professional and passionate service and help. Especially with Charly to solve my suitcase problem. I lost my suitcase key because I was robbed by an ugly woman with poker face in Casa Pepe hostel who sold my room to others because I was asked to check in early by his partner but she said I have finished my living. She never gave me an explaination, only repeated I have finidhed my living just because I checked in earlier but it is not my fault , it is your partner arrangement. Then I lost my suitcase key when I move out. It is Omar and Charly help me. Sure, at the same time, also a beautiful girl teach me how to feedback the problem but I am so sorry forgeting her name. Anyway I love this team and hostel. Thanks so much for your kindness and help. Wish you all success and happiness in the following days.

Beautiful hostel with a great mexican vibe ! The crew was very helpful and nice, especially Omar who helped me with everything i needed ! Beds are nice and comfortable, the atmosphere is great to meet people ! Central location to everything you need, very close to main historic attractions (Templo Mayor, National Palace, Cathedral & Bella Artes) I had such a lovely stay
